It is a raw mixed blossom honey produced in Eagleby. Every batch of honey is collected and extracted directly from the beehives, double-strained, and poured into the jars. Our honey is produced 100% free from preservatives, additives, and artificial colours. Traces of pollen, beeswax, and propolis may be detected in our raw honey, and it will contain all of its natural vitamins, antioxidants, and beneficial enzymes. Depending on the type of nectar collected from the bees, our raw honey may begin to crystallise, a natural occurrence that has little effect on the honey besides texture, density, and colour.
